4 meals a day

This plan is designed to maintain if not build quality lean muscle  while losing fat and fuelling your body the healthiest way possible.

Clean bulking diet.

This meal plan is packed full of quality protein and slow release carbs. This will enable you to add as much lean muscle as possible while minimising fat gain.

    HI there,

    Found your page through Ray Moylette. I am apart of a players committee for a local GAA club called Portobello GAA. Theres a real onus this year on preparing your meals right and getting prepped for game days and days leading up to it.

    I would be greatful if you could send on any plans that you may have for GAA players etc. or if there is anyway we could work together regarding providing a group discount etc.
